Further change to WCC Licensing Department contact details
The following is taken from the most recent ‘Licensing News’ publication.
‘From Monday 25th January there will be a new dedicated email address for all representations and objection emails. The email address that should be used going forward by local residents and businesses, resident and amenity societies and responsible authorities is firstname.lastname@example.org.’
Emails that relate to general enquiries or requests for information on the progress of an application should continue to be sent to email@example.com.
Previous addresses which residents have been able to use will be closed from the 1st March 2016, including:
firstname.lastname@example.org; email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. Any emails sent to one of the mailboxes which are to be closed from the 1st March 2016 will not be regarded as being served on the Licensing Authority.
The Council continues to provide an online facility to make representations or objections to applications – www.westminster.gov.uk/comment-on-a-licence-application.
